1. How far in advance should I place my order?
Custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders submitted with less notice may be subject to availability and a rush fee.
2. Do you offer ready-to-go or on-demand cookies?
Not at this time, except for holiday-themed sets, which will be announced in advance on my social media or website.
3. How do I place a custom order?
Use the custom order request form on my website. I’ll follow up within 1–3 business days with a quote and availability.
4. How is pricing determined?
Cookie pricing is based on the number of colors, level of detail, and quantity. I offer quotes after reviewing your design request.
5. Do you offer shipping?
Yes, I ship domestically within the U.S. Please note: orders over 3 dozen will be shipped in multiple boxes for optimal protection.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
Invoices are sent via Square. You can pay with credit/debit card, CashApp, or ACH transfer.
7. Do you offer cookie decorating classes?
Yes. I offer classes throughout the year for various age groups and occasions. Check my website Events Page or social media for upcoming sessions.
8. Do your cookies accommodate allergies?
Cookies are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens. I cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.
Policies - Custom Cookie Orders
Order Timeline & Payment

Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup or shipping date.

Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice for orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance.

No deposit is required.

If payment is not received by the due date listed on your invoice, your order may be canceled and your spot released.

No refunds will be given within 2 weeks of your scheduled pickup or shipping.

Pickup & Shipping

Pickup is available in Apex, North Carolina. The address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.

If you are running late, communication is essential. I am happy to work with you, but orders left 15 minutes past pickup time without notice may be considered a no-show.

No-shows without communication may result in forfeiture of the order without refund or credit.

Repeat issues with late or missed pickups may affect your ability to place future orders.

Domestic shipping is available. Orders over 3 dozen will be shipped in multiple boxes for best protection. Shipping rates are included in your quote.
Design & Customization

All cookies are designed by hand. While I aim to meet your vision, I do not replicate other bakers’ work exactly but will stay true to the overall theme and aesthetic.

Design pricing is affected by the number of colors used and the complexity of the artwork.
Marketing & Photography

I reserve the right to photograph and share your cookie designs on my social media or marketing platforms.
Policies - Private Cookie Decorating Class
Booking & Pricing

Private classes (hosted at your location) are $45 per person.

A minimum of 8 guests is required to book a class.

A $360 deposit (equal to the minimum 8 guests) is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.

If you expect more than 8 guests, additional spots may be paid for at least 2 weeks prior to the class.
Payment

Deposits are invoiced via Square and can be paid with debit/credit, or ACH.

Remaining balance for additional guests is due 14 days before the class.

If additional payments are not received by the 2-week deadline, your guest count will be locked in at 8.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may receive a credit toward a future class (subject to availability).

Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable.

If rescheduling due to illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Classes may be rescheduled once and must be rebooked within 30 days.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will not receive a credit or refund.
Setup & Materials

I will bring all necessary materials, tools, and cookies.

Please ensure the space has a clean table with seating for all guests and access to running water.

Photography

I may take photos during the class for promotional use. If you or any guests prefer not to be photographed, just let me know ahead of time.
